Residency Requirements

Village Court residents must meet the income guidelines and be 62 years of age or older. Handicapped or disabled persons may be residents regardless of age. Residents meeting these requirements may be eligible for rental subsidies. Please contact The Hodges Companies for current residency requirements, available rental subsidy information, apartment availability, or other matters. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see Carlisle Village Court. The application can be downloaded from there. The Application Form must be completed and submitted to The Hodges Companies, 201 Loudon Road, Concord, NH 03301 by mail or courier service such as FedEx.
