#1 Shall the town be able to assess an additional $445,862 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of operating the Town government and public schools for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999?
#2 Shall the Town of Carlisle be allowed to assess an additional $100,000 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of depositing such funds in the Conservation Fund pursuant to Chapter 40, Section 8C, for the acquisition of real estate, water rights, and other related interests in connection therewith, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999?
#3 Shall the Town of Carlisle be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition 2-1/2 so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to purchase and equip a pumper truck for the Carlisle Fire Department?
#4 Shall the Town of Carlisle be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition 2-1/2 so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to acquire the real estate, commonly known as the Wang-Coombs land, identified as Parcel 8 of Assessors Map 28, for conservation purposes?
#5 Shall the Town of Carlisle be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition 2-1/2 so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to make repairs and improvements to the heating, ventilation, window and air quality equipment of the Carlisle Public School Robbins and Wilkins buildings?
