Residency Requirements

Village Court residents must meet the income guidelines and be 62 years of age or older. Handicapped or disabled persons may be residents regardless of age. Residents meeting these requirements may be eligible for rental subsidies. Please contact The Hodges Companies for current residency requirements, available rental subsidy information, apartment availability, or other matters. An application form is available for download by clicking here: Application Form. You can print the form and fill it out by hand or you can complete a substantial portion of the form when you bring it up online. If you opt for the latter, then make sure to save it to your local computer so that you can edit or change it later. The Application Form must be submitted to The Hodges Companies, 201 Loudon Road, Concord, NH 03301 by mail or courier service such as FedEx. If you have any questions, contact Ms. Freeman.
