Carlisle Village Court is owned by the non-profit corporation Carlisle Elderly Housing Association Inc. (CEHA). CEHA is overseen by a Board of Directors comprised of Carlisle residents. To assist it in operating Village Court, CEH has hired a management company - The Hodges Companies - to conduct day-to-day operations.
